Goodbye Upper Boat
So, today was the last day of Doctor Who being filmed at Upper Boat studios.
Sad times. Having seen it on Confidential and visited it myself it will be sad to think of it not being the home of Doctor Who anymore.
However, the brand new studio, Roath Lock, in Cardiff Bay looks amazing!
Though we couldn’t get in there we had a cheeky peek outside.

So I have just been to see Avengers for the third time in under two weeks.
I regret nothing!!!
So just finished seeing Avengers for the second time and can confirm it is just as epic as the first.
However, afterwards, standing outside with my friend and generally fan-girling, a bunch of over-styled, big-haired bunch of designer losers walk past an we hear from one of guys:
“I didn’t think it was any good - I mean, I haven’t seen Thor and Captain America was shit.”
I’m sorry? What? What-in-Asgard are you even doing here!!!?
Avengers!
Totally saw Avengers last night! Woop!
Soooo amazing!!! Just so well done and brilliant.
Surprisingly hilariously funny in places with some absolutely corking one-liners but also with some pretty heavy and dark scenes.
Cannot get over the epicness.
Everyone was awesome, everyone was brilliant and Loki is definitely up there with Voldemort on my list of pure epic villains!
Now to plan when to go see it again!
That mind blowing moment when you realise that the Tenth Doctor is on the Five Pound note.

I give you the man, the legend, that is Danny Hargreaves - Special FX Supervisor on Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures, sometimes Sherlock and much more.
I was luckily enough to briefly to speak to him after this talk - a truly lovely man.
I will miss seeing him and the team on Confidential.
